We would like to express our gratitude to Access-Ability Modifications. We recently had our bathroom and hallway modified to meet with occupational therapist requests. Before any work was started, Grant (Project - Site manager) spent many hours with us and explaining what needed to be done. Everything was explained, planned out and a schedule of work to be carried out with timing was provided. Once the work started Grant was on site most days inspecting the work, providing support, supplies\equipment and guiding the tradies so the job was done correctly to a very high standards the first time. The tradies that Access-Ability Modifications has on their team are fantastic. They arrived on time when they said they would. They are friendly, accommodating and professional. They ensured everything they could to minimise disruption and cleaned up after themselves each day. All the while Melanie (Administrator) was in the background organising the finances, dealing with the appropriate government department and ordering materials. Both Grant and Melanie are very professional and approachable, they are just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns, nothing is an issue.
