Kayfa Kitchens was established in 1998 and continues to be a successful family business which takes pride in providing quality kitchens, laundries and bathrooms to our clients.
Access-Ability Modifications was born out of a desire to meet the demand for occupational therapist home modifications, which are required to allow those with a disability and the elderly to leave hospital or stay at home longer.
We have had first hand experience watching families wait for the services we can provide and hope to ease the frustration others are feeling due to long wait times.

Grant has been in the industry for 30 years. He is a qualified Carpenter and Joiner who has site and project managed multiple private and commercial projects, through Kayfa Kitchens and for head contractors.
Over his career, Grant has successfully managed and delivered many significant projects in Canberra and New South Wales. He has experience installing hoists, hand rails and ramps in homes and government facilities and has a reputation for driving projects at peak performance without compromising quality or safety.
Melanie Sissian
Owner Operator - Administration
Melanie has worked behind the scenes with Kayfa for 22 years. She assists with project financial management, co-ordinates site work deliveries, manages trades and liaises with clients to ensure they are kept informed every step of the way.
